anxiety attack in his office. Its the type W/O a known cause but if I'm under pretty much constant anxiety would I still have GAD or would it be Agoraphobia since I do fear panic attacks but also have anticipatory anxiety?
Hi Mr. Amora,
Panic disorder is described as generalized anxiety attacks without a known cause. They appear out of nowhere. Yes this does make you fearful of another such attack. However we sufferers are not good at diagnosing ourselves. Let you Psych help you with what exactly is going on. It is also natural for you to think all kinds of things. Let him ( the Psych) know what you are feeling and he can help you get through this episode. You are not alone... Manager5
