... as well but i wanted something that was not addicting i was told xanax is in your system 32 hrs and ativan 6 hrs thats why it was not addicting is it true that ativan is just addicting as xanax? im confused
its less addictive but is addictive still. (xanax is one of the most addictive) i think xanax is in your system less than 32 hours though. if the ativan doesnt help then you might want to try something like klonopin or valium (valium is in your system for a long time so you would have to take it when you have panic attacks but its one of the safest as far as addictiveness)
I am so sorry you were given bad information. Ativan is addictive. Xanax works faster but does not last as long ativan takes longer to start working but give longer relief. If you don't like the ativan just ask to be switched back. No sense taking something that doesn't make you feel as good if not better than what you stopped taking. Hope this helps Good Luck.
