I am doing a lot better since I had my first panic attack. I don't have them as often as I used to, and when I do have them I have learned techniques so I can talk myself out of them. However, I haven't found a way to not worry about panic attacks on a day to day basis. I am constantly creating anxiety for myself about when the next panic attack will arise.
