... I can't focus on anything then it for sure have the worst panic anxiety attacks
Yes many people can't take this combination together,,, xanax is a anti anxiety drug and the adderall is doing just the oppesite its a stimulant so its going to make you very nervous in most cases... Call the doctor that is prescribing these and let them know the problems you are having..As soon as the office opens,,this is in most cases not a good combination..good luck chuck1957
I can't focus on anything when I'm anxious either, but that does not mean we have adhd. Adderall would just make things worse. That inability to focus when we are anxious is a symptom of anxiety.
Are they both prescribed for you to be taken together? Not a common thing, just curious.
I suffer from panic disorder as well, and take Adderall XR 30mg. Surprisingly, when I take Adderall my anxiety is somewhat nonexistent. It puts me in a great mood. The high doesn't last, but it really turns my day around for the better. I find my anxiety is a lot worse when I don't take Adderall.
However, I was dependent on Adderall before I was diagnosed with Panic.
A lot of individuals say stimulants can usually worsen anxiety from speeding up your brain, while others say it can make it better, due to being able to focus easier.
Everyone is different though, you might just have to go through to see what all you can handle.
