I'm young so I know its not because of age but for the past month I've been having major painful bulging veins that come out of my hands looks and feels like someone is squeezing my arms I can't take it I'm not even able to wash dishes it gets so bad
I've also been having chest pains major heart palpitations and shortness of breath I swear its a heart problem some kind of vascular problem but I've been back and fourth to the hospital and had a Dr visit and everything comes back fine every Dr tells me its just anxiety . how can that be just a anxiety attack? This is constant and its getting to the point where I'm not able to do anything
Has anyone else had these problems???
My first thought was that you had high blood pressure. But since you have seen a doctor, we would have to rule that out.
However, it very well could be an anxiety disorder. If your health insurance covers it, if I were you I would make an appointment with an anxiety specialist.
Anxiety is an illness. You don't have to have an "Attack" to have anxiety. I suffer from Anxiety Disorder, and while I no longer have attacks, the anxiety causes other problems, like loss of appetite, or weight gain. It causes insomnia, aches and pains and many other "illnesses". It can also delay a woman's period.
Go to Wikipedia, and research Anxiety, and you will see what I mean.
