Does anyone have pain in the wrists? What do you do? I think they are the worst. HELP!

Have you has your prednisone dose decreased recently?
Talk to your doctor about Methotrexate.
Have you had a Dexa scan for bone density?
It is recommended by Mayo to take:
Calcium 1200-1500 mg daily.
Vit D 800-1000 mg daily.
Physical therapy to teach range of motion and strengthening exercises. You are probably trying not to move your wrists.
Don't do that because the stiffening will be worse. They will teach gentle exercises because over-doing it is bad too.
I heard fish oil is good to keep the joints "lubricated".
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Low fat meat and dairy
Tumeric is a good anti-inflammatory spice.
If you like, I could get more on how to use it like in a smoothie.
It may be good for you to invest in a juicer.
There are a lot of good recipes on Pinterest.
