I have had pain in the left side of my abdomen since September last year, it gets worse after eating. I have had an ultrasound scan and a colonoscopy, both of which have shown nothing abnormal. Could I have an intolerance to something - possibly milk or cheese?
Friend this sounds digestive, u can do this. Since u suspect dairy just Lay off of it for a week while you do two things. 1) steam and drink 4 glasses of cabbage juice a day for that same week. 2) mix 1 tbs Apple cider vinegar in a glass of water with some honey & lemon to taste/ warm or iced ,Both are pleasant.& Just have this as a tea before your meals.in the a.m. & before bed.this will be healing as well as deal with the gas. If this is anything digestive. Ulcers or most any other this will heal it.In a double blind study of 100 people who did the cabbage drinks 4 times a day 81of them were completely healed in one week! also u can Google cabbage , vinigar & aloe for ulcers to get other real good answers as well.will hope to hear a good report from u soon! good luck!
