According to drugs.com Interactions Checker, the only over the counter pain reliever you can safely use is acetaminophen. Both aspirin and ibuprophen (and all other NSAIDs) have a moderate risk of causing bleeding when used with citalopram. Of course, if acetaminophen does not help your pain, you should ask your doctor what he wants you to take. Feel better!
