From experience with all drugs they try to use gabapintin for it all when all that's used for is mainly diabetic pain n burning that comes along with neuropathy so I suggest to so pain medicine treatment or they keep goin up on milligrams with that instead. FIND A PAIN TREATMENT PROGRAM SOON.
I have severe pain from osteoarthritis, primarily in my knees and hips. I, too, have great difficulty walking. 5 mg. Percocet seems to help, but I only use it when the pain is unbearable. I am also on gabapentin for diabetic neuropathy 300 mg. A.M. and 900 mg. P.M.. My doctor also asked me to take glucosamine. Altogether I do have some reduction of pain.
