Terribly painful muscle spasms in my lower back.
Any of this, hopefully none of it:
I recently started taking Baclofen after many years taking Methocarbamol (AKA Robaxin) for Myofascial Pain Syndrome. I've found that Baclofen takes longer to take effect than from what I'm used to. However, once Baclofen does take full effect it works really well and seems to last longer. It did take some getting to used. Early on I found that it really knocked me out. Wasn't used to that. Now that has resolved. Am prescribed three 10mg tabs per day. Usually take one in AM and two at bedtime. I think it should really help your back spasms.
