The first number (like the 5 or the 10) is the amount of oxycodone in the percocet while the second number after the slash (like the 325) is the amount of acetominophen (tylenol) that the oxycodone is mixed with. So as oxyaaron said the 10/325 has twice as much opiate (oxycodone) in it as the 5/325.
