Having pain in the body/face makes the heart feel like being squeezed. Is this common?

In some situations my heart would feel tight and and very uncomfortable. For example, when someone pop a pimple on my face during a facial treatment, or when I'm getting massage on the side and back of my legs. The pain is so extreme that it looks like it will transfer to my heart and make it feel painful too.
Is this considered normal or a check up is needed? Sometimes I have palpitations too. Not serious and have no dizziness.
You need to see your doctor as soon as possible. Anytime the heart is involved you must get it checked out. It's anyways best to play it safe. Over a year ago I was getting palpitations. To be cautious my primary doc sent me to the cardiologist. They did an EKG and had me eat a Holter monitor for a day. Thankfully everything was OK. The cardiologist said I did the right thing. Let me know how it goes.
You should look up a syndrome under autonomic dystonia and see if other symptoms apply.
Just a thought...
