No. The new formulation is here to stay. They ruled that all long acting oxycodone, like Oxycontin must have tamper resistant technology. Funny thing is Opana ER generics, it was decided, do not have to have tamper resistant formulas. Blame the media attention on the evils of Oxycontin for that one!
