Every 8 hours. When do the withdraw symptoms start to end and the tingling in my legs at night drives me nuts. The Ativan seems to be helping more. Just need advice.
Hot/warm baths soak in Epsom salt, hot/warm showers, drink lots of water, maybe some Gatorade, stretching, yoga, meditation, deep breathing, exercise, pickle juice helps with leg cramps (it's the vinegar in there that helps). Hang in there! You got this! Everyone withdrawals differently, so I can't say when you'll feel better, but you are hopefully in the home stretch!
