Oxycodone - is there a difference between oxy 15 and oxy 10-325?

Hey free bird,

There are two differences between these two medicines. One is the amount of opiate, oxycodone, contained in each which is 10mg in the one and 15mg in the other. The second difference is the 10-325 contains the added medicine acetominophen (tylenol) at 325mg. As far as there pain relieving potential they are very similar.

Hope this helps,
