what are the reasons for sudden yeast infection during ovulation time and keep on staying ... how to recover from this?
The change in hormones can make it easier for the yeast to grow. Try a cream for it, like monostat, and use it until its gone.
No, a yeast infection wont affect your odds of getting pregnant. The hormonal changes can change the pH of the vagina leading to yeast overgrowth. It can help to take acidophillus or eat yogurt. If it is really troublesome, use plain, non flavored, unsweetened, live culture yogurt in the vagina itself to help replenish beneficial bacterias. Save an applicator from Monostat, wash it well in hot soapy water and fill it with the yogurt. You can do this as often as you need to and be sure to wash the applicator well with hot soapy water after each use. You will want to wear a thin pad when you are doing this treatment. It sounds strange but it does work. If your yeast infection wont go away, you can try inserting boric acid capsules, one capsule in the vagina for three nights then follow with the yogurt for one or two nights. The yogurt is an important step because the boric acid will strip bacteria, yeasts and all from the vaginal tissues so it is important to repopulate with beneficial bacteria to prevent bad ones from taking over. For me, this treatment works better than Monostat or even Diflucan. If you cant find boric acid capsules (and they are difficult to find) you can make your own by getting powdered boric acid from the pharmacy and getting unfilled gelatin capsules from the health foods store then just fill the capsules with the boric acid powder. I use the larger capsules. 00, I think was the size. Be sure that if you make up a bunch of these capsules that you put them in a labelled medicine bottle. Boric acid is deadly poison when swallowed so you want to be sure no one accidentally takes one by mouth. I make them up as I go or just make up the three that I need just so this never happens. It is the best treatment for Candida (yeast infections) that I have ever found. Again, you will want to wear a thin pad or panty liner because the yeast discharge will drain right out and it can be excessive depending on how much discharge is up there. The boric acid will not affect your chances for conceiving either. It is good to try to be as free of yeast as possible because pregnant women tend to get yeast easily and then your baby will be born with thrush. I'm very prone to yeast infections the same way, before ovulation, and I was really bad during pregnancy. I had it vaginally plus large patches on my thighs and both my children were born with thrush. They kept thinking I was diabetic but my sugars were fine. I am just very prone to Candida overgrowth. Good luck, I hope this works for you and I hope you can get pregnant with the baby you want!
