Hello,

I suggest you ask your Pharmacist, they are very knowledgeable when it comes to interactions.

Take care,

Lamotrigine is a member of the sodium channel blocking class of antiepileptic drugs. There are several local anesthetic that use similar sodium channel blocking action and therefore would interact with lamotrigine. Your best approach is to speak with a pharmacist or a doctor about what pain reliever would be best for you.
