Tylenol has an adverse reaction with Dilantin. Ibuprofen and Aleve both have adverse reations to Celebrex.
You are right about the interactions. Unfortunately ibuprofen (and other NSAIDs) and acetaminophen are probably the only headache medicines available over the counter. It may be best to talk to your doctor about it. Your doctor may say that you could take Tylenol (acetaminophen) occasionally.
This is something that will be better answered by your pharmacist. Doctors usually don't know much about interactions with medications, they just basically know what medications work for the diagnosis. Being that the medications that you listed are not opiates, or some badly abused medications, you should even be able to call your pharmacist to ask about this, and they will tell you what you need to know.
