Immediately. If you stop taking the pill at the end of a packet (after the placebo pills). You are safe to try and conceive right away. Remember depending on how long you were on the pill for it will most likely take a while for your body to get used to doing its own thing without the constant hormones. I will hazard a guess that it will most likely take a few months to conceive as the first month it will be impossible to know when you will ovulate. You could ovulate 2 days after stopping the pill or 21 days. . . depending on your body. The short version is you will be doing no harm to yourself or any possible fetus by starting to TTC as soon as you stop taking your BCP.
