Probably not, but you have got to get better at taking the pills. There are apps that remind you to take your pill every day. In order for it to work at its best you have to take it every day at approximately the same time. A little more responsibility now and prevent lots of emotional turmoil later.
Missing pills does increase chances of pregnancy but not as much as if you were not on anything at all. If you are going to use the Pill, you need to get in the habit of using it properly. Unless you started your first pill Day 1 of your last period start, you should be using condoms the first seven days on your very first pack. It takes a few days to begin working. Where the male ejaculates (or cums) is not relevant. You are exposed to sperm any time there is penetration as men leak sperm all throughout the sex act (intercourse) not just when they ejaculate. So pulling out prior to ejaculation does little to nothing to prevent pregnancy or provide any "extra" protection. Start being responsible and set an alarm on your cell phone to remind you to take your pill and do it every day at about the same time each day!
