Recently started micronor and the nurse practioner who prescribed it said my dose was 2 pills daily since I'm over 70kg (I'm 90kg). This seems strange and at 36 with no children but hopes of having, I don't like the idea of putting so much in my system daily. Has anyone else been advised this way or should I just take one a day like every other woman taking oral contraceptives in the world?! Thanks in advance for your help
Its probably because its a progesterone only pill. But if she was concerned about that why didn't she just order a different pill? I can't find a thing in the prescribing info that says that it should be doubled over a certain weight or that it should not be ued over a certain weight.
