... I have not strayed from a low cal low fat diet,,, I rode three days on my stationary bike for thirty mins... My clothes are fitting bigger I feel like I am loosing weight but scales say different... I have been having some constipation issues too... No fatty or oily bowel movements here... Why does it seem like nothing works for me... I am so upset and in tears... please someone respond to this... Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try>>> I am not giving up just a bit fustrated right now... Thank you
First off its not just fat that makes you fat if you drink or eat alot of foods that are loaded with sugar ie. Sodas ,juices , candies , etc that can also stomp out your weight loss so stay away from sugary foods also stay away from starchy foods like pastas, breads, etc that stuff will make you gain weight as well. To much sodium will make you withhold water in your system. It helps when you do your bycicle workout wrap your stomach about with Plastic wrap . by doing these things i lost 40 pounds in three months not even using drugs . good luck to you.
