Its not confusing, just stay away from fat in foods. If you get too much fat you'll have diarrhea. Eat things that are good for you and low calorie. Raw veges are often 0 calorie and can be used if you feel hungry. Carrots and celery are in this group. Stay on low carbs to cut out allot of calories. Eating allot of bread, pasta, and potaoes are what puts weight on you. There is a multitude of low calorie low fat diets online, just google for them.
