Hello Turdler. The answer is no.. Orlistat is to keep certain fats from being absorbed into your body, & is used for weight loss. Adderall contains a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. Both these medicines are central nervous system stimulants that affect chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control.
