Hello Turdler. The answer is no.. Orlistat is to keep certain fats from being absorbed into your body, & is used for weight loss. Adderall contains a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. Both these medicines are central nervous system stimulants that affect chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control. The Orlistat is not a amphetamine or dextroaphetamine, althouth amphetamines do cause weight loss in some people. thee two drugs are for two different conditions...
