Many people will tell you no. I'm not so fussy. It doesn't magically turn "bad" as the clock turns 1 minute past midnight. How old is "expired"? A few weeks is okay, but not much longer. Examine it to see that it's still completely sealed closed and then for any strange odor or color.
I would not take it passed the expired date on bottle, looses its effect.
