Is Keflex, Clindamycin, Amoxil, or Bactrim better for someone who has burns to prevent infection?
Firstly the the degree of burnt skin needs to be established ASAP. Go to ED if necessary. Antibiotics are not always given to burn patients, wound care
management and painkillers is the routine way of burn. But you must see a Dr because if the burn is deep then yo may need a skin graft/
