Check out the following link for the Thomas Recipe. Hot baths and Hot showers help a lot if you do it about an hour before you lay down. Get exercise each day and eat healthy. You'll start feeling better soon. Check out the Thomas Recipe. Lots of people have used it successfully for opiate w/d symptoms.
I went through morphine withdrawal and experienced such bad akathisia in my legs it nearly drove me insane! I found rubbing Icy Hot all over my legs helped tremendously. Just don't wear underwear after you put it on. Soaking in a hot bath (as hot as you can stand) with Epsom salts helps too. Also, a doctor friend of mine suggested taking potassium and B6 supplements. Hope this helps!
