I've got 69 days of clean time but a lot of crap has happened in the past 24 hours. I'm really tempted to use right now, I need help.
Stay on here for support and maybe answer some questions, get to someone close who won't let you use or that you would feel bad about using around, try to set up a plan to get out of what ever jam you find yourself in. It should pick up here in a bit, sat afternoons kinda slow. It isn't a live chat, but there is also a forum/discussion board part of this site where there might be live chat. Just hang in there, and try not to use.

Remember from where you came. Do you want to go back there? Using won't solve any of the problems and will just make the situations worse. Take it one hour at a time if you have to but don't resort to old habits. They didn't work back then and they won't work now. Here to be supportive, hang in there!!
sorry to hear ur having such a trying time. fact is, it happens,but just know, using is not the answer, it only makes things worse. you've come so far,dont stop now. sometimes we have to go thru some things to get better. challenges are gonna come, you are NOT alone. you don't have to use, no matter what. I hope you choose not to because, "this too shall pass." b well and encouraged today.
Hi Cuteface! Go for a brisk walk for 15 minutes and you will feel relieved, or go to a gym & exercise on the eliptical walker & machines for an hour. You will find that your worrisome thoughts will vanish & you'll feel mentally & physically much better. After the walk or workout, take a nice hot bath or shower & your entire being will feel relaxed. Also, a glass of wine or one beer will tranquilize your mind & you will feel relieved. It will be just enough to get you through, & one drink will not make you become addicted. Also, plan more social gatherings with a friend(s) to enjoy yourself. If you have a hobby it will take your mind off of this small problem. Stay positive & think of just how far you have come! I came off of Lorazapam for 7 months last year & started taking it again when confronted with a small, insignificant encounter .
Now, after 4 months of tapering down, I am having a harder time getting free of the drug this time since I have been on it over 6 months. Stay strong and you will not have to take this addictive drug again!! Setting yourself FREE from any addictive drug is not fun - Stay away from it!!! Good luck to you Cuteface!
