you never no what will need increasing and what doesn't it is never the same for anyone. while someone needed increasing every year, somebody else may never need it, listen to your body it will tell you if it's time to see a doctor for an adjustment, just make sure the adjustment isn't huge. have a good day your friend if needed, amber
After reviewing the literature on Zipsor, I need to point out that it is for acute moderate to severe pain, not for long term use due to the risk of heart and circulatory problems as well as gastrointestinal adverse effects.
Seek emergency medical help if you have symptoms of heart or circulation problems, such as chest pain, weakness, shortness of breath, slurred speech, or problems with vision or balance.
Call your doctor at once if you have symptoms of bleeding in your stomach or intestines. This includes black, bloody, or tarry stools, or coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds.
I would not recommend staying on this particular NSAID (non steroidal anti inflammatory drug) for an extended time. Any NSAID has the warning about circulatory and gastro problems but some are worse than others. Celebrex is what is called a cox 2 inhibitor with much less incidence of this. I have taken it for years and have had good results.
