2 days ago I started having awful joint pain in both hip areas. It hurts awful to walk normal and steps hurt because it makes the jt move to do so. My shoulders (mostly my right) hurt also but nothing like my hip area. I can't rotate, I have to turn my whole body when turning so not to have it pain so bad. My hip area feels EXACTLY how they felt after I walked a marathon(26.2 miles) and I have NOT done that at all.
It sounds like your Osteoarthritis. If you have it, it is usually all over. BUT... Have it checked out. Have you fallen, or twisted not realizing you could have hurt your lower back? Sounds like you need to see your doctor, & get an xray just to be sure what you're dealing with. Good luck & best of wishes for a speedy recovery.
Hi there clm 104 I agree with a few of the others who have given a opinion of why you have the pain you have !! I have had arthritis all over my body since my late teen's & can say without any doubt that is what you have got & not the drug Crester which I also take. I experianced the same pain as you in the hips especially when I did to much walking in a day & this problem was before I started taking Crester. I know my limitations when it comes to exercise especially over doing to much walking in a day , going on this I think it best for you to go to your doctor & request blood's to be done also x rays of both hips because the arthritic joints will show up on x ray. Take it easy till you can get the advise you need to help the problem, take care all the best candypq.
