the paper has all the normals on it and then has DRUG SCREEN 10, it also says HCV RNA QUANT. TMA, and then they wrote next to those * vit. D (OH)... does any one know what any of that means?

Drug Screen 10 usually means a 10 panel test. Is this to test for drugs in your system or is it routine bloodwork?
If it's a 10 panel test, it will test for the following:
