I try to mostly do natural things for wellness.
I was considering trying a tiny dose of Trazodone at night but am scared to because I didn't like it the last time I tried it. I really wish they would approve a new drug for anxiety!
I guess I'm wondering if I should just stick with natural supplements or try a drug.
