... been on it for 1 week but I am curious because I would like to set a target date for my weight lose
Hello Sura and welcome to DC. As someone who has fought with my weight my entire adult life AND got it under control in my mid 50s... I want to share somethings with you for your ongoing SUCCESS for the best and rest of your life. I wouldn't set your goals that way. Why??? Because if you don't hit your target goals in a timely manner, frustration sets in or possibly even failure because of the hurdles to conquer. Plateaus do happen and that can go on for weeks. This product has strict instructions, too. No more and no less than type of restrictions. Do watch out for any adverse side-effects, too...
What I can tell you is weight loss without lifestyle changes will end in weight gain and usually gaining more than lost.
After all my failed attempts at keeping the weight off (losing was the easy part), I did a program called, "michael thurmond's 6-week body makeover". It doesn't take 6 weeks to lose the weight BUT it does take 6 weeks to change, break and learn new habits. I have kept my weight off now for over 5 years. I am doing well and I did all by buying, preparing and eating the types of foods that are the best for my body type.
Every "body" is different and we all lose at a different rate because our environments are different. On my program, I lost 92 pounds and I didn't set any type of goal but the weight came off pretty darn fast. It took me a combined total of 9 months. You also are eating the same types of food when the program is over and that hasn't been such a bad thing for me...
Just some food for thought because I want to see you SUCCEED!!!
Be safe, be well and take good care of yourself because you ARE worth it!!!
