... 40 yr old female, 5'7" 272pounds. Normal weight most of my life, has been 145- 155 pounds. Started gaining at age 32, due to elevated stress, unfortunately, anti depressants and antianxiety meds cause weight gain too!! I have been grossly overweight so long, that my spine is crushing some vital nerves. Now, pain, numb spots and fatigue is a daily struggle for me... Help! Thank you!
When i approached my Dr. about this subject i was told there were no medication,So with a little self will i've lost 3st.brekkie 1 bowl of porridge with sultanas in.Have plemty of fruit in i bought one of those nutribullet.I gave up butter ie,2 slices of toast with a banana on it.Main meal baked spud with cottage cheese cobbler fish (Tesco) and broccoli very tasty.Right i am a young 65 and wear trendy cloths a 36" waist down from 42" 46" chest down to 41" and try to keep within a 5lb limit usually up,drink water walk more i did it no great hardship get stuck in.You if you do it right will find a week where you can have a treat.I will admit it's easier in the summer.
