Has anyone had the oats procedure for frozen shoulders I am presently suffering with both shoulders. I am looking for solutions?
My Mom got the OAT done a couple of months ago. I was there in the room with her during the operation. I can answer questions if you're still around or getting treatment. I assume you've already checked out the frozen shoulder clinic website, right?
Anyway the OAT really worked for her. She had the adhesive capsulitis frozen shoulder for about 8 months. She was getting really worn down from not sleeping. Plus she has fibromyalgia so that didn't help.
I thought the OAT was complete BS until I saw it in person. But yeah, it actually does what it's supposed to do. My Mom could lift her arm up and wash her hair and put on a shirt right after the procedure. She had to do a lot of stretching for the first few days afterward to keep the range of motion she gained so it's not like you snap your fingers and you're cured immediately.
She's doing great now, though. Whatever you do or whatever you've done for treatment, I hope you find success. Frozen Shoulder is not something that to be taken lightly!
