My pharmacy, Rite Aid, said the cost per month will be around $1200 per month for this drug. Any suggestions? I think this is ridiculous. I also gave them the discount card, which allowed me the first 30 pills for free.
You could move to my area. Its a lot cheaper. Lol I still wouldn't be able to afford it. Google nuvigil discounts you will find them.. Its cousin provigil is available in generic so it's less. If you have a walgreens joining their savers club can say d you a considerable amount on all meds.
You can contact the manufacturer and see if you qualify for assistance. Just google Nuvigil. I have worked with them, very nice. I take Nuvigil's sister drug, Provigil, due to insurance demanding. Provogil generic, modafinil, is still very expensive and not quite as effective because it is not extended release.
My insurance will also not cover until I hit my deductible. But I got the discount card too. First one free, about 500 every month after that until I hit 2000. Then it's free. It's putting me in credit card debt, but to me, it's worth it. Only thing that works for my narcolepsy. I was still falling asleep on 20mg adderall
