I'm on my period week but I haven't gotten my period. It's Thursday, I was suppose to get it on Monday, I have a calendar to keep up with it. Can I be pregnant or should I just keep on waiting?
I have no idea where you kids get the idea that our bodies follow a play book. whether that play book is a calender or a tracker on your phone. There is no such thing as supposed to do something. You have the whole week the ring is out to have your period. When its time to put a new ring in, you do it, DO NOT WAIT FOR A PERIOD. You always follow the same schedule, 3 weeks in 1 week out. As long as you've done that you're not pregnant. It makes no difference when you have sex, you do not ovulate on hormonal birth control. You don't need a calender to track your period all you need is one to tell you when to take your ring out and when to put a new one in. Those trackers when you're on hormonal birth control only cause confusion and worry. You get your period the week the ring is out, why do you need a calender to track your period? And sometimes there is a glitch in that, and you don't get a period that week. Hormonal birth control can do that once in a while. Its not important because you should know you're not pregnant. If you still have doubts put the ring in when its due, and a week later do a pregnancy test to rule it out.
