My husband and I have a vacation coming up and of course i don't want "aunt flow" interrupting so I was thinking I could remove my ring and start a new one before our vacation
NuvaRing - Is it okay for me to remove my nuva ring a week early so I can get my cycle early?

NO. That leaves you open for pregnancy. What you do to not have a period over a special time is leave the ring in for 4 weeks, then take it out and put a new one right back in. You will skip your period this month. Its perfectly ok to skip a period when on birth control.
