... forgot to replace it. I didn't have sex when I was without it. I replaced the ring after 2 week from my last cycle, at night around 12 midnight, I had sex the following day... my "q" would be will I be at risk of getting pregnant if I waited too long to put it in and having sex the day after I finally replaced it?
In order for the ring to be affective, you must have it in place for a minimum of 7 days before having unprotected sex. So now you must use an alternative means of protection until you get with your doctor to discuss what happened.
If you have access to the morning after pill, I would talk with your doctor ASAP. That is what the pill is for. I don't know if it works the same with the ring but that would sure be a question your doctor can answer.
The best of luck with that. Don't forget to call your doctor on MONDAY!!! As Monday would be your 3rd day where it could still be effective.
Are you wanting to get pregnant??? If you are unclear about how to use this product... talk it over with your doctor. Seems like a fairly easy and uncomplicated form of birth control.
