Winter has hit and my underneath my toes are hurting, oh so much more, and now the back of my heel is swollen and extremely painful. I have had the toe pain for about ten years now, and no one seems to have any treatment for them... any idead?
Have you been seen by a neurologist? I believe nerves are their specialty. It may be a condition that is starting higher up in your body and maybe ending in the feet. I would also see about circulation issues. There's really no telling what it could be without further tests. Have you discussed this with the doc? Any ideas? Maybe as a home remedy you could soak your feet in an epsom salts bath, I heard this could be quite helpful. But it really sounds like something you should explore deeper in to. Are you prescribed any medication for this? Maybe a pain reliever like Lyrica specifically for nerve pain. That's an awfully long time to be in this kind of pain. I would def explore this more.
