UOL' as with many of the medications in this class or group of medications that have been out for longer than most, They are used for many different things and it's a good choice, unlike many medications that are hard to get off of. This is a mild anti-depressant and the biggest side effect is drowsiness but also many people that suffer from lack of sleep gets a benefit of a boost from the antidepressant effect during the day.
