Nortriptyline - can I take it in the afternoon instead of bedtime?

You should always take your medications when your doctor has instructed you to. If you wish to change when you take a medication your should call and talk to your doctor to discuss what would work best.

Great point lady. It will cause drowsiness, hence the rec of taking at night time. Do as u wish but doctors say things for good reasons. There is more at risk then just getting tired.
