Ok so.. my fiance have been together a little over a year and we are now in the financial situation to even consider having children. As we have been thinking of this almost since we met I stopped taking birth control. My only problem now is that i have been on my period for three weeks and counting it is a heavy flow.. Is this normal and how do i regulate this without going back on the pill.. or should i just suck it up and go to the doctors ... ? How long should we try before considering other options?
First off, this could be just from going off the pill and your body is not adjusted yet, but to be on the safe side, I would go to the Gyn and have him or her check you out just to be sure that everything is ok, which I'm sure it is. As far as how long you should try, before considering other options... this depends on many things, like how ling you were on the pill, your age, etc, your Gyn would be the one who could best answer this question for you. Good luck and happy baby making!! :)))
