Normal Results for Blood pressure

In adults, the ideal top number (systolic pressure) should be less than 120 mmHg. The bottom number (diastolic pressure) should be less than 80 mmHg.

Text book normal would be 120/80. But people range differently.mine, for example is usually around 100/70. That is normal for me. Someone else may run a little higher or even lower. Depends on the person really. But you don't want to get much higher than 120/80 really. Am I making sense?
