My father-in-law, age 70, had been on Cymbalta for a few months for nerve damage due to diabetes with no noticeable. Since being switched to the same dose and dosing schedule of the generic, doloxetine, he has been experiencing side effects such as nausea, lack of energy, and generally not feeling well. Is this normal?
