Hi, you have to get ahold of yourself, take deep breaths, hold them, and then them out slowly. This way you can calm down. I was so nervous like you, but, you know, we have to stay in control. We are the only ones who can help ourself mentally. This is so important. Take one minute at a time, and try to relax. Then, you can only do what you have to do. Only one day at a time.
