It means you need to see the Dr to find out what is going on! It could be a urinary tract infection-they are not always painful. It could be a kidney stone. More than likely it is something going on with your urinary tract (bladder/kidneys) This is not something to ignore. You could wind up septic if it is an infection and leave it go too long.
