I prescribed ISDN 10 mg tid orally, because 10 mg isn't available, so can I use 2 tablets 5 mg of SL preparation instead ??
uismail99 No that would not add up the same the isdn oral or sublingul is made to stay in your system longer than nitro the Nitro well be gone right away and not protect you and your angina for the amount of time that is required..Feel free to check with your doctor but most people that are on the swallow also have the dissolve to use for accute attacks..Check with your doctor that really know you condition but this is normally avoided Chuck1957
