I would say it may depend on your age & if you have gone thru menopause or surgical menopause & your doctor feels the tissue of the vagina & surrounding area is too thin. The Estrace cream is used to build up the tissue, & if it's this, it can cause you to have urinary tract problems such as infection, or prolapse urthea.
