My niece has a RX for BUTRANS patches and cannot afford the nearly $250 co-pay her (lousy) insurance company imposes. Is there a PT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM with the manufacturers and if so, how do we get in touch with them to apply for assistance? She's getting desperate and cannot feed her kids and pay for her RX too! I paid her co-pay last month and will do so this month - but can't handle it for the long haul
The makers offer $40 off isn't that generous? Here are several web sites that give general assistance that might help. The CoPay Relief Program 1-866-512-3861 or www.copay.org; or Suddenly Senior www.suddenlysenior.com/patientassistantprograms.html; or Needy Meds www.needymeds.org; and Partnership for Prescription Assistance 1-888-477-2669 or www.pparx.org , www.access2wellness.com
